Thank you for the messages. Team Rachel’s are all well, most of us are staying closed and supporting our own family at the moment.

Great News! Rachel’s is currently working on the new exciting menu. Rachel’s will introduce weekly menu that you can simply enjoy it at home.

No worry, steamed buns, egg tart, kaya puff and vegan option will remain in the new menu.

More News! Rachel’s has signed up for the food delivery service, so you can enjoy Rachel’s food with only few tap away on your smartphone.

As usual, most of Rachel’s food items are handmade from scratch in our kitchen following Traditional Malaysian Chinese Recipes and cooking techniques. To ensure the quality, all raw ingredients have been supplied by reliable UK partners since Rachel’s opened its door in August 2014.

We will keep you updated and in the meantime, please stay safe and keep well.

For mini version of Snow Skin Mooncake, we make them in three different fillings:

  • Lotus Seed Paste, 迷你冰皮蓮蓉月饼
  • Red Bean Paste, 迷你冰皮豆沙月饼
  • Custard, 迷你冰皮奶黄月饼

There are two flavour of Snow Skin. The green Snow Skin is pandan leaf flavour and the white Snow Skin is banana flavour.
