New Treat! Sweetcorn Coconut Ice Lolly, YUM~~~
Rachel’s homemade Sweetcorn Coconut Ice Lolly and Red Beans Coconut Ice Lolly are from the taste of 50’s, or could be even earlier.
Both of the sweetcorn and the whole red beans had been slow cooked separately for hours until it reached silky smooth texture. Then we topped it up with creamy coconut milk and finally we added a hint of sweetness.
It is a perfect companion for the summer J
